There’s an immune support tonic that has been around for hundreds of years that many people believe in: fire cider. Today, I’m going to show you my recipe.

You need a half-gallon canning jar. Put in one onion. I take about two inches of ginger root and slice it. One cinnamon stick, one orange, one lemon, one lime, six cloves of garlic, one sliced jalapeño, and several needles from a white pine tree, about a half a cup of cranberries, about half a dozen cloves, one tablespoon of turmeric, one tablespoon of dried rosemary, one tablespoon of horseradish.

You then take apple cider vinegar and cover this all the way until it covers up the product. You’re going to let this sit for four weeks. Once the four weeks is up, you can take all of the ingredients out, press them, and put the juice back into the container.

You take one tablespoon a day. Make sure you dilute it with a beverage of your choice. You do not need to refrigerate it, because the apple cider vinegar acts as a medium that keeps things from going bad. I personally use this. I’ve not had a cold, flu, COVID or upper respiratory infection in over three years.
